Affiliate Manager LATAM Limassol

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Identify engage and manage affiliate partners across LATAM markets including Brazil Mexico Colombia Argentina and Peru

• Build and maintain relationships with affiliates such as websites influencers media buyers streamers and affiliate networks

• Review and analyse traffic and performance reports identify quality issues and provide actionable feedback to improve conversion

• Monitor affiliate performance and optimise campaigns to drive sustainable traffic and revenue growth

• Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams to align affiliate activities with ongoing campaigns bonuses and product updates

• Ensure accurate tracking and reporting across affiliate platforms including commissions postbacks and performance data

• Proactively identify suspicious or fraudulent activity and escalate to the relevant stakeholders

• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with clear insights and recommendations

• Represent the company at industry events when required

• Take ownership of the affiliate channel manage daily operations independently and ensure smooth execution across all activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience in Affiliate Management ideally with strong exposure to LATAM markets

• Solid understanding of key LATAM markets including Brazil Mexico Colombia Argentina and Peru

• Proven experience managing CPA Revenue Share and Hybrid affiliate models with measurable commercial results

• Strong negotiation communication and relationship management skills with the ability to manage a diverse partner portfolio

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data identify trends and drive optimization decisions

• Fluency in English is required; Spanish or Portuguese is a strong advantage

• Willingness to travel to industry conferences and events when needed

• Comfortable collaborating across LATAM time zones while being based in Cyprus.
