Job Title: IT Support Analyst 8 yrs Exp
Location: Tucker GA (Onsite)
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification
- Provide ongoing end-user support for Management Information Systems via phone remote access and onsite visits
- Troubleshoot and resolve application system and hardware/software issues for end users
- Analyze user requirements and design minor software enhancements or modifications to meet business needs
- Deliver on-call application support and assist users with day-to-day application operations
- Provide technical assistance in the use operation and maintenance of application software systems
- Install configure and upgrade software on desktops/laptops as required
- Communicate effectively with users technical teams and all levels of management regarding system status issues and resolutions
- Track and manage support requests including reprints system errors and equipment-related issues
- Develop user guides documentation and training materials for software and hardware usage
- Conduct training sessions for end users on system functionality and best practices
- Support system maintenance activities and ensure smooth operational performance
- Assist with basic system/network administration and support activities
- Apply knowledge of information security and privacy principles in day-to-day support tasks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve system usability
- Maintain high levels of customer service accountability and responsiveness in a high-volume support environment
- Participate in continuous improvement of support processes and user experience
- Perform local travel for onsite support across assigned office/geographic areas as needed
- Adhere to organizational policies including security clearance background checks and compliance requirements
- Work in a fast-paced environment with deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Provide occasional after-hours or weekend support as required
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 6 months of experience or education in IT support system/network administration application support or information security
- Ability to independently provide technical support to end users
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in desktop support application support or helpdesk environments
- Exposure to enterprise applications or ticketing systems
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure security and user support processes
