The Strategic Mandate
In this autonomous role you will lead the initial engagement cycle within a proven global framework:

  • Inbound Engagement: Connect with pre-qualified warm professional leads to spark high-integrity conversations.
  • Consultative Qualification: Conduct structured discovery sessions to evaluate candidate alignment and professional readiness for our leadership programs.
  • Appointment Facilitation: Manage the transition of qualified candidates to our senior enrollment team using established CRM protocols.
  • Pipeline Governance: Maintain a highly organized follow-up system and manage your professional schedule with total autonomy.

The Ideal Profile

  • Senior Expertise: Minimum 7 years in Appointment Setting SDR roles or Inbound Lead Qualification.
  • Communication Mastery: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to listen guide and connect naturally at an executive level.
