Position Summary: TheRetail&Branded Merchandise Specialistis acustomer service forward position servicing the patrons that are coming into the DSO Apparel store to buymerchandise. This position should beknowledgeablewith theDSO brand and familiar with the items we carry.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greeting Patrons with a smile

• Welcoming them to look around

• Cash and credit handling.

• Stocking merch and keeping the store tidy

• Knowledge of our apparel and brandeditems

• Opening and closing duties before and after concerts and other times as assigned

Required Qualifications:

• POS (Point of Sale)experience
• Retailexperience
• Organizational and display experience
• Exceptional customerserviceskills
• Successful experience working in and contributing to a collaborative team environment
• Ability to act independently take initiative and meet changing priorities.

Additional Information:

• This is an hourly non-union position.

• Successful candidates must be available to work a varying schedule including nights and weekends to meet the needs of the DSOs performance schedule.
