As a Security Officer Overnight Console Operatorin Raleigh NC you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government and more. Join Allied Universal as a driving Dispatch professional supporting a government location where you will monitor communications coordinate security-related activity and document incidents with professionalism and this fast-paced role you will help to deter issues through clear communication strong attention to detail and dependable response support. Pay Rate: $21.29 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures dispatch protocols and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
• Monitor communications systems receive calls for service and relay information to security-related personnel site contacts and/or emergency responders in a calm problem-solving manner.
• Document incidents service requests and unusual activity in logs and reports helping to support accurate communication and follow-up.
• Coordinate routine and priority dispatch activity helping to direct personnel to reported incidents access concerns and/or operational needs across the location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations with professionalism helping to gather details prioritize calls and communicate updates to appropriate parties.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid drivers license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
