Our Advisory Risk Management Independence and Contracting team provides internal support to the Advisory practice (comprising Deals Consulting and Risk Services). We are looking for a Senior Associate to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Providesound advice to Advisory professionals (across the Deals Consulting and Risk Services groups) seeking Risk Management & Independence input for a variety of advisory engagement related queries

  • Develop and/or update solutions to common queries including relevant practice aids and templates

  • Assistengagement teams in their negotiations with external clients

  • Provide supporteducationand training to staff to build risk awareness within theorganisation

  • Whereappropriate you will also be offered opportunities to work with other Lines of Service and with the regional Risk & Quality teams

  • Plandesignand implement overall risk management processes

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience within an accounting firm/relevant industry or Diploma in Law / Business Admin or related disciplines. Polytechnic diploma holders are welcome to apply.

  • Excellent project management skills

  • Possessesa high levelof accuracy and attention to detail

  • Strong analytical & problem-solving skills

  • Possesses a strong people orientated attitude

  • Has the confidence and maturity to deal with all levels of staff

  • Be able to report findings in theappropriate wayfor different audiences

  • Has the willingness to learn and delivertimelyand quality results to internal clients

  • Is an excellent team player
