Senior Business Partner – Payroll
Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Business Partner Payroll to own and execute endtoend payroll outcomes for our corporate workforce. This role has true accountability for payroll delivery across multiple countries and plays a critical role in ensuring accuracy compliance and continuous improvement.
This is a handson role suited to an experienced payroll professional who can operate confidently in corporate environments while partnering effectively with P&C Finance and Technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and own endtoend payroll for corporate offices including for our Board of Directors and Executives.
- Support ongoing governance controls and documentation across payroll processes.
- Deliver payroll across Australia Canada and Singapore ensuring accurate and ontime processing.
- Ensure full compliance with countryspecific payroll legislation and statutory obligations.
- Oversee payroll operations driving accuracy consistency and continuous process improvement.
- Deliver accurate and timely payroll reporting including reconciliation and audit support.
- Act as the payroll subjectmatter expert across corporate payroll matters.
- Partner closely with P&C Finance and Technology teams to deliver seamless payroll outcomes.
- Manage payroll systems including oversight of system updates enhancements and improvements.
- Ensure payroll compliance obligations are consistently met and risks are identified and mitigated.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience leading and executing payroll in a complex and/or multicountry environment.
- Strong working knowledge of payroll across Australia Canada and Singapore including compliance requirements.
- A proactive mindset with demonstrated experience driving process and system improvement and risk mitigation.
- Experience processing payroll for Executives and Directors.
- Experience using SAP ECP or a similar enterprise payroll system.
- Strong stakeholder engagement capabilities across corporate environments.
- A collaborative approach and strong team player mindset.
- High attention to detail with welldeveloped analytical and problemsolving skills.
