Operation Coordinator (Operation and Finance)
Job Summary
The duties and responsibilities of Operation Coordinator include:
1. Coordinate with the operation team on finance-related matters by checking verifying total expenditure forms financial and administrative related forms used by operations team and revenue receipts.
2. Assist in the development and management of monthly quarterly and annual budget planning.
3. Assist in monitoring budget performance and provide regular updates to senior management.
4. Assist in day-to-day finance and accounting function by coordinating with the operations team.
5. Receive check and enter sales revenue and program-related financial data.
6. Perform daily data entry and update the cash balance in daily cash book
7. Perform daily data entry and update the standard receipt vouchers to QB software
8. Perform physical counting of operation cash on daily basis.
9. Assist in conducting accounts payable and receivable processes.
10. Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
11. Reconcile financial statements and accounts regularly.
12. Assist in providing required documents for auditing and electronic payment with iBanking
13. Assist in developing financial forecasts and projections to support office-level strategic planning.
14. Check verify and finalize warehouse data and revenue receipt to close the loop (by individual and by products)
15. File original monthly financial report
16. Assist the finance team in timely preparation and submission of monthly reports within the timeline.
17. Collaborate with various departments to gather financial information and support operational needs
18. Assist in communicating financial policies procedures and updates to relevant stakeholders.
19. Assist in operation team related activities such as msupply data transaction Lumspum calculation and act as focal to update Lab and CXR data of YRO.
20. The tasks assigned by Deputy Head of Operations.
Key Skills: The key skills required for the position of Operations Coordinator include:
Technical Knowledge: Understanding on basic calculation basic financial concept and computer skill.
Time Management: Able to manage well timely accomplishment of assigned tasks and reports.
Communication Skills: Able to communicate well with users and good in customer relationship skill.
Team Spirit: Must be a good team player.
Qualifications :
Any graduate with basis computer skill.
At least two years experiences in operations and financial related field.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
