The duties and responsibilities of Project Coordinator include:
Assist the Support Service Coordinator in planning organizing and tracking administrative and operational tasks.
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the PRIME Team
Coordinate meetings workshops and trainings including logistics agendas minutes and follow up actions Prepare briefing notes summaries presentations and internal communications
Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems
Support HR administrative processes including staff records recruitment coordination onboarding and offboarding documentation and leave tracking
Maintain confidential personnel and HR documentation
Support organization of staff orientations trainings and capacity-building activities
Coordinate travel arrangements itineraries accommodation and per diem documentation
Support coordination of field activities workshops and program events
Liaise with Operations Finance HR Logistics and M&E teams to support project activities
Ensure timely flow of information between teams and departments
Act as a focal point for coordination between the PRIME Team internal departments and partners
Support preparation of internal updates and donor-related documentation
Ensure compliance with SCH policies safeguarding standards and donor requirements
Skills & Competencies
Strong organizational planning and coordination skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Myanmar required English an advantage)
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with senior leadership
Proficiency in MS Office
Experience supporting HR administrative processes is an advantage
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in public health social sciences administration management or a related field
Minimum of 35 years of relevant experience in project coordination program support or administrative roles (NGO or health sector experience preferred)
