Our client is a fast-growing property management and real estate services company based in Sydney NSW. They specialize in helping landlords manage rental properties tenant communications and property listings across Australia.
They are looking for a highly organized Business Support Virtual Assistant to assist with day-to-day operations client coordination and administrative support to keep the business running smoothly.
Role Overview:
This is a remote full-time position for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Support VA.
You will act as the backbone of the operations team by managing communications updating systems coordinating schedules and supporting property-related admin tasks.
The ideal candidate is reliable fast-learning and comfortable handling multiple operational responsibilities in a structured environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbox and respond to client and tenant inquiries professionally
- Schedule property inspections meetings and maintenance requests
- Update CRM systems with accurate property and client data
- Maintain and organize digital property files and documentation
- Coordinate with property managers contractors and internal staff
- Track ongoing tasks follow-ups and deadlines
- Prepare basic reports on listings inquiries and task progress
- Assist in creating and updating property listings (photos descriptions details)
- Ensure all administrative processes are completed accurately and on time
- Support general business operations and workflow organization
- Candidate Requirements
- 12 years experience in Virtual Assistant Admin or Business Support role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written English communication
- Experience with CRM tools or property management systems is a plus
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
- High attention to detail and accountability
- Preferred Skills
- Experience in real estate or property management support
- Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs Sheets Drive)
- Basic understanding of scheduling tools and task management systems (Asana Trello ClickUp)
- Customer service experience
- Ability to handle fast-paced operational environments
