Position: Outbound Sales Representative
Employment Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week)
Schedule: Flexible (9:00 AM 6:00 PM EST)
Compensation: $8 USD per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound sales activities
- Perform inside sales and lead generation
- Manage and track leads using Salesforce or similar CRM tools
Requirements
- Prior experience in sales outbound calling inside sales or lead generation
- Fluent in English (reading writing and speaking)
- Strong written communication skills (ability to write clear concise and non-spammy cold emails)
- Confident phone presence with a natural delivery (no monotone script reading)
- Comfortable handling objections and conducting basic discovery conversations
- Resilient and comfortable with rejection and repetitive outreach
- Strong computer literacy and ability to multitask across multiple tools
- Fast typing skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Excellent time management and self-discipline
- Coachable and open to feedback
- Metrics-driven and comfortable working with performance targets
- Reliable consistent and detail-oriented
- Direct communicator who follows established processes
