This leader sets the vision and strategy for digital experiences partnering closely with Technology and enterprise stakeholders to build innovative clientcentric solutions rooted in strong product management practices datadriven decisionmaking and continuous learning. As a member of the Individual / Individual Wealth Leadership team the Director brings creativity empathy collaboration and a strong bias for action to drive meaningful change and measurable one of the regions top employers and be part of something that truly makes a Arrangements: This is a hybrid role. You will work in our office in Waterloo ON a minimum of two (2) assigned consecutive days every other week plus a fifth (5th) assigned day per month.
