Job Summary
Seeking high-performing entrepreneurial Insurance Sales Executives specializing in Commercial Lines to join the dynamic team. As an Insurance Sales Executive you will focus on generating new business building a high-quality book of business and leveraging a dedicated service team to support your success. This is a hybrid role tied to one of the regional offices offering a unique opportunity to grow your career in a producer-led organization.
Compensation Package
- Draw-Based Model: Compensation is structured on a draw equivalent to 25% of your annual production target. For example a $300000 base pay corresponds to a $1.2M production goal.
- Transition Period: Optional 12 year W2 transition period if needed.
- Long-Term Upside: Full partner economics over time with significant flexibility in income allocation.
- Average Producer Book: $5M in revenue with strong earning potential.
Responsibilities
- Generate new qualified business through self-directed prospecting and lead generation strategies.
- Build and grow a long-term high-quality book of business.
- Collaborate with a Unit Manager to allocate resources and manage growth effectively.
- Leverage a dedicated service team to handle client servicing and execution allowing you to focus on sales.
- Reinvest strategically in business development client engagement and service excellence.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven Sales Capability: Demonstrated success in sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: A self-starter with a strong drive for growth and a willingness to take financial risks.
- High-Level Hunter Mentality: Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities aggressively.
- Adaptability: Open to candidates from non-insurance backgrounds with strong sales experience and grit qualifications such as former professional or collegiate athletes or graduates of rigorous programs like West Point or BUDS (Navy SEAL training).
- Cultural Fit: Alignment with a producer-led organization that values autonomy innovation and collaboration.
