Seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Insurance Sales Executive specializing in Commercial Lines to join a team. As an Insurance Sales Executive you will focus on generating new business building a high-quality book of business and leveraging a dedicated service team to deliver exceptional client experiences.
Compensation Package
- Draw-Based Model: Compensation is structured as a draw equivalent to 25% of annual production.
Responsibilities
- Generate new qualified business through self-directed methods.
- Build and grow a long-term high-quality book of business.
- Collaborate with a Unit Manager to allocate resources and manage growth.
- Leverage associate and service teams for execution and client servicing.
- Reinvest strategically in business development client engagement and service excellence.

- Proven track record as a high-performing producer with strong sales capabilities.
