Job Description:
As a Senior Product Designer at Deducta you will lead the creation of intuitive high-impact product experiences for global enterprises. You will build design systems from the ground up translate complex data challenges into elegant workflows and shape the foundations of a high-performing design practice within a well-funded ambitious startup environment.

What you will do:

• Design elegant user-centered components and high-fidelity prototypes that scale across the entire Deducta enterprise application.

• Lead the development of design standards and best practices to ensure a consistent world-class user experience.

• Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to own solutions from initial research through to final deployment.

The ideal candidate:

• At least 5 years of experience in product design with a strong portfolio of shipped end-to-end enterprise products.

• Deep expertise in building and maintaining scalable design systems and component libraries within Figma or similar tools.

• Proven ability to conduct user research and synthesize insights into intuitive UI/UX that requires zero explanation for the end user.
