As a Security Officer Proactive Patrol Specialist in La Vergne TN you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer in a dynamic retail location where you will patrol assigned areas remain visible to help deter security-related incidents and support a welcoming environment for shoppers and staff. This role blends customer service communication and routine patrols with a team focused on being agile reliable and innovative while putting people first and acting with integrity.

Pay Rate: $15.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients visitors and store personnel by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a retail location.
• Respond to incidents disturbances and critical situations in a calm professional and problem-solving manner escalating concerns according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout the retail location including storefront areas common areas entrances exits and perimeter zones.
• Monitor for unusual activity policy violations and/or potential hazards and report observations to management and/or local authorities when appropriate.
• Support access control and customer-facing interactions by assisting with directions answering questions and helping to deter unauthorized activity and/or disruptive behavior.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
