Position Overview

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking an experienced Electrophysiology (EP) Technician to support advanced cardiac procedures in a high-acuity Interventional Cardiology EP Lab setting. The EP Technician will play a critical role in assisting physicians with the diagnosis and treatment of cardiac arrhythmias ensuring precision safety and optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist physicians during electrophysiology procedures including ablations and device implants
• Operate and monitor EP lab equipment including mapping and recording systems
• Perform and interpret hemodynamic monitoring throughout procedures
• Prepare and maintain a sterile field ensuring proper setup of EP lab equipment
• Continuously monitor patient condition and respond to changes during procedures
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary clinical teams to ensure high-quality care
• Accurately document procedures and patient data
• Maintain compliance with safety standards infection control policies and regulatory guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited program in one of the following:
  • Cardiac Electrophysiology
  • Cardiovascular Technology
  • Or equivalent education and relevant experience
• Required Certifications (one of the following):
  • RCES (Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist)
  • IBHRE Certification
  • RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist)
• Additional Certifications:
  • BLS (Basic Life Support)
  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• Strong knowledge of cardiovascular anatomy physiology and hemodynamics
• Hands-on experience with electrophysiology lab equipment and devices
