Schedule Details:Will work from 7:00 to 15:30

What You Will Do:

Approve and maintain documents for medical equipment inventory andcoordinate work projects associated with removal and/or redeployment of medical equipment related to with internal customers/vendors/co-workersrelated to capital equipment planning. Work with vendors and construction contractors for scheduling and coordinating removal and installation of high end medical devices. Ensuring proper documentation is filled out for equipment that is removed or includes the disposition of small medical devices and works in conjunction with Biomed Procurement Specialist on selling of larger assets to insure proper final disposition. According to general directions performs administrative duties such as composing and typing correspondence relaying confidential information gathering and interpreting information to develop and distribute complex reports maintaining inventory records files policies and manuals. Work with accounting and purchasing personnel to ensure accurate tracking of equipment purchases removal and capital and maintaining JCAHO and other regulatory information. Create/assign work orders and create/maintain inventory portion of the Biomedical CMMS system.

What you will need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of related experience.
  • Understanding of medical equipment.
  • Experience with Microsoft: Excel Outlook PowerPoint Explorer Publisher SharePoint Kronos Service Now and Lawson.
