Exposé des règles encadrant la preuve des faits matériels dans les matières civiles (par opposition aux matières criminelles ou administratives). Principes fondamentaux du droit judiciaire en matière civile. Objet de la preuve. Fardeaux et standards. Nature et force probante des différents moyens de preuve (témoignage aveu présomptions élément matériel écrits). Preuve technologique. Recevabilité des éléments et moyens de preuve (limites au témoignage ouï-dire etc.).
