As a Downstream Marketing Associate for theCranial Restoration Brand team you will be responsible for CMFs dural closure this role you will support CMFs neuro business by developing impactful sales tools and resources supporting surgeon education and training initiatives and developing engaging addition this role will have high visibility through cross-divisional collaboration through marketing campaigns and Strykers Neurotech initiative. WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Support sales teams by helping answer questions and supporting customer needs related to assigned products via email phone and inperson interactions
- Assist with downstream marketing execution including trade shows mobile labs field events and educational programs
- Help create and update marketing materials such as product brochures presentations digital tools apps and videos
- Support sales and marketing training including preparing and delivering presentations alongside more senior team members
- Partner with sales engineering regulatory and other teams to help gather feedback from the field identify opportunities to improve existing products and support new product development initiatives
- Assist with communications to Sales including product updates portfolio changes and key business initiatives
- Observing cases in the operating room (OR)
- Supporting product trials launches installations and customer interactions (as needed)
- Support broader business planning efforts such as Executive Demand Reviews (EDRs) and Annual Marketing Planning (AMP)
- Prepare reports summaries and insights to help inform business decisions
- Grow into a subject matter expert (SME) for a portion of the CMF portfolio becoming a trusted marketing partner to sales and internal teams

- Internship coop or early career experience in marketing sales healthcare or a related field
- Experience working on projects presentations or customerfacing initiatives
