Project Manager / Delivery Lead at We are your ALLY- The first key piece in building the team that takes us to the next level.

We are looking for a Project Manager who can become a real long-term force at ALLY. Someone who wants to grow with us help drive the day-to-day work and become a key part of the team and company we are building for the future. Over time this person together with upcoming hires will help take over more of the operational engine of the business. So yes this role matters. A lot!

What the role is about

You will run recruitment and consultant processes from start to finish across freelance assignments contract roles and permanent hires. You will work closely with clients candidates and the rest of the ALLY team making sure every process moves forward with pace quality and good energy.

This role is equal parts project management relationship management search coordination communication and sharp operational execution. You need to love the entire funnel not just the exciting parts. That means staying on top of all moving pieces and making sure nothing slips through the cracks. It also means owning the early onboarding steps in your projects until we have more dedicated support in place internally.

What you need to bring

You need to come with a real understanding of the creative industry. That means you understand the types of companies we work with the environments they operate in and the kinds of roles they hire for across branding marketing communication content design production social creative UX/UI and adjacent areas.

You are not limited to the classic role titles. You understand the wider landscape and the newer roles too. You can read a brief understand what a company actually needs and quickly connect that to the right type of profile.

A background in recruitment talent acquisition search consulting staffing client services account management project management operations or similar is highly relevant. Experience from a company or environment similar to ALLY would be a big plus.

You also need to be genuinely strong in both English and Swedish spoken and written. A lot of our communication happens in English and you need to be completely comfortable writing clearly professionally and with good judgment. Swedish matters too both in our day-to-day work and in many of our client and candidate interactions.

You need to be a strong communicator overall someone who writes well thinks strategically and knows how to adapt tone depending on who you are speaking to.

You also need to enjoy research. Understanding the company the brief the market and the talent pool is a big part of doing this job well. Curiosity matters here.
