Product Marketing Manager
Job Summary
Context
Following the merger of Heuritech and Luxurynsight we are evolving our commercial organization by expanding our teams and refining our internal this dynamic context we are opening this Product Marketing Manager position to help drive this transformation. This new role is an opportunity to create our product marketing function from the ground up. Reporting to Luxurynsights CMO and the Head of Account Management you will work in close operational collaboration with the CX AM and Product teams.
Mission
Act as the bridge between Product Marketing and Business teams. This role will ensure we deeply understand our market equip account managers and sales with the right tools to win and build strong engagement with our community of users to drive adoption and advocacy.
Key Responsibilities
Market Understanding
Conduct research on target personas industries and geographies.
Monitor competitor offerings and market dynamics to identify differentiation opportunities.
Gather client insights through user interviews surveys and usage analysis to influence product roadmap and overall messaging.
Commercial Enablement
Develop and maintain business collateral: pitch decks one-pagers case studies use case libraries.
Create competitive battlecards and objection-handling resources.
Train commercial teams on messaging positioning and product value articulation.
Client Community & Engagement
Create develop and improve onboarding and training initiatives and processes.
Manage users communication channels to share product updates and best practices (i.e. releases notes new features communication etc.).
Collect client stories to develop case studies and advocacy programs.
Internal Communication
Build scalable processes to embed product knowledge across the organization and foster a culture of product awareness company-wide.
Partner with Product to anticipate upcoming releases and prepare internal briefings ahead of external rollouts.
Write and distribute release notes and feature announcements tailored to different internal audiences across the organization.
Objectives
Establish clear differentiated product positioning in the market.
Improve commercial teams efficiency and win rates through tailored enablement.
Strengthen client engagement and satisfaction turning users into advocates.
Provide the organization with actionable market and client insights.
