What Youll Need Proven senior experience within childrens residential care Registered Manager or Deputy Manager (essential) Previous Registered Manager experience is highly desirable Level 3 or Level 4 Childrens Residential qualification (or equivalent) Level 5 Leadership qualification or willingness to work towards it Strong knowledge of Ofsted frameworks and regulatory requirements Experience managing budgets and financial performance Full UK driving licence
What Youll Do Oversee the day-to-day running of the childrens residential home Maintain high standards of care safeguarding and compliance Manage budgets and monitor financial performance Ensure the home remains inspection-ready in line with Ofsted expectations Lead support and develop the staff team Oversee care planning and ensure outcomes for young people are met
