Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join an outpatient rehabilitation team. The PTA will work under the supervision of a Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality care to patients across orthopedic neurological and geriatric populations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in implementing treatment plans developed by the Physical Therapist
Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions and exercises
Monitor patient progress and report outcomes to the supervising PT
Educate patients on home exercise programs and recovery strategies
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Ensure a safe and supportive treatment environment

Approximately 1112 patients per day (scheduled)
Requirements
Active PTA license (California required)
Previous outpatient experience preferred
Strong communication and patient care skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical setting
Preferred Qualifications
Spanish-speaking ability is a plus
