We are seeking a passionate and experienced Bar Manager to lead our bar team at a prestigious award-winning gastropub in the heart of Bray. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven hospitality professional who thrives in a high-quality fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the bar ensuring smooth and efficient service
Lead train and inspire a team of bartenders and front-of-house staff
Curate and maintain an outstanding beverage offering including wines beers and cocktails
Manage stock control ordering and supplier relationships
Ensure compliance with licensing laws health & safety and hygiene standards
Monitor financial performance including cost control and revenue growth
Deliver exceptional customer service and handle guest feedback professionally
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Bar Manager or in a similar leadership role
Strong knowledge of beverages including wine spirits and cocktails
Excellent leadership and communication skills
A hands-on approach with a keen eye for detail
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards
Passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences
