Key Responsibilities

1. SAP Access Management:

• Performdaily review of SAP access rightsto ensure appropriateness and compliance.
• Conductquarterly reviews of Sensitive Access (SA) and Segregation of Duties (SoD)using the SAP GRC system.
• Annuallyreview role ownersassigned to SAP roles andfacilitate refresher trainingson access and control requirements.

2. SOX Testing & Compliance:

• Support thetesting of internal controlsacross various business and processes.
• Assist in ensuringSarbanes-Oxley (SOX) complianceby maintaining documentation readiness and completeness.
• Summarize audit and control testing findings and prepare clear recommendations for management.
• Support thecoordination of annual control testing(both design and operating effectiveness).
• Provide support duringinternal and external audits including responding to queries and providing evidence.

3. Internal Controls & Audit Support:

• Help ensuretimely completion of internal audits following standard audit procedures and methodologies.
• Consolidate and document audit findings and track remediation actions through to closure within agreed timelines.

4. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:

• Ensuretimely reporting and remediationof SoD conflicts and critical access issues.
• Collaborate withbusiness users local subsidiary managers and IT teamsduring system upgrades changes and testing.
• Supportaudit remediation activitiesrelated to access clean-up for subsidiaries and hubs.

5. Continuous Improvement & Innovation:

• Identify opportunities for process improvementsin access management control testing and audit support.
• Challenge existing ways of working andpropose enhancementsto improve efficiency control effectiveness and user experience.
• Leverageanalytics AI-enabled tools and data visualization(where applicable) to improve insight generation and decision-making around controls and access.

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience:37 years in internal audit SOX compliance internal controls or related fields.
• Education:Any Graduate / Postgraduate / Inter CA.

Technical Skills

• Working knowledge ofSAP.
• Proficiency inMicrosoft Excel & Google Sheet.
• Exposure toSAP GRCis an advantage.
• Good to have:
• Experience usingAI tools(e.g. for analytics automation documentation support or control monitoring).
• Experience withdata visualization tools(such as Power BI Tableau or similar) to present audit findings control results and access analytics in a clear and impactful way.
