Ready to bring NXPs IT services to a higher levelNXPs Business Applications IT team provides application services to a very diverse customer base. Our team supports shared service organizations such as supply chain human resources and quality to name a few. As many of the services have been outsourced we are very dependent on external service providers to keep our applications up and running and continuously improve the application landscape. The dependency on service providers makes the role of a service manager on NXP side indispensable. Someone needs to liaise with them and monitor their performance. This is where you come in as IT Service Manager Role OverviewAs Service Manager for the Business Applications IT team you are responsible for overseeing and managing the application managed services and application development services provided by external vendors. These vendors support the entire application scope of the BAIT team covering more than 100 applications and several functional business areas. The Service Manager acts as the primary liaison between the organization and the vendor ensuring service delivery meets agreed standards timelines and business ResponsibilitiesAs Service Manager you: Serve as the main point of contact for services and service level related and manage vendor performance against Service Level Agreements (SLAs).Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure business requirements are incident problem and change management processes for supported compliance with organizational policies and security regular service review meetings with vendors and internal continuous improvement initiatives in service delivery and application profileTo be successful in this role you haveA bachelors degree in information technology Business Administration or related understanding of application lifecycle management and IT service management frameworks (e.g. ITIL).Excellent vendor management and negotiation ability to manage multiple priorities and projects communication and stakeholder management mindset with problem-solving with ITSM tooling for monitoring and you areExcellent in communicationFlexible and team player Fluent in English language (verbal and written)What We OfferA challenging and impactful role in a global high-tech enterpriseCompetitive compensation and benefits packageAccess to professional development and certification opportunitiesA collaborative innovative and supportive work environment#LI-7013
