The Reporting & Data Analyst plays a critical role in delivering meaningful data and performance reporting to support operational effectiveness and informed decision-making. This position is responsible for transforming raw data into reliable reports dashboards and insights while ensuring accuracy consistency and usability across the organization.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design build and maintain standard and customized reports for leadership and functional teams
- Consolidate data from multiple systems to create clear actionable dashboards and summaries
- Validate data accuracy and resolve discrepancies through regular audits and quality checks
- Partner with internal stakeholders to understand reporting needs and recommend data solutions
- Perform trend analysis and provide insights to support process improvements and business outcomes
- Maintain documentation for data sources report logic and reporting standards
- Support ad hoc reporting requests and time-sensitive analyses
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by streamlining and automating reporting processes
- Ensure compliance with data governance confidentiality and security guidelines

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors degree in Data Analytics Business Information Systems or a related field or equivalent professional experience.
- 25 years of experience in reporting data analysis or business intelligence.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel.
- Experience with business intelligence and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Solid understanding of data visualization best practices.
- Familiarity with databases ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
- Experience working with large and complex datasets.
- Strong analytical problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English is required to effectively communicate with customers team members and management.
- Professional working proficiency in Spanish/Creole a plus.
