Job Summary
Contract work to drive for dealership on occasion
Mitchell Buick GMC is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dealer Trade Driver to join our team in San Angelo this role you will be responsible for transporting vehicles safely between dealerships ensuring timely delivery and maintaining high standards of vehicle care throughout the process.
Responsibilities
- Safely transport vehicles between Mitchell Buick GMC locations and other dealerships as needed.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure proper functioning and condition.
- Maintain accurate documentation of trips and vehicle conditions.
- Coordinate with service and sales teams to schedule vehicle deliveries and pickups.
- Follow all traffic laws and company safety policies while driving.
- Report any vehicle damage accidents or incidents promptly.
Requirements
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience in driving and vehicle transportation preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to handle physical tasks related to vehicle loading and unloading.
- Familiarity with the San Angelo TX area is a plus.
