We are on a mission to become the global industry standard for engine maintenance and we need a data-driven speed-oriented Product Designer to help us get there.

About Your Role

As our Product Designer you wont just be making things look pretty. You will own the end-to-end journey from raw user data to shipped features. Based in Amsterdam (or remote) you will be the bridge between deep user analytics and rapid engineering.

Your mission is to accelerate our insights-to-prototype loop. You will use PostHog to hunt for friction AI tools to build high-fidelity solutions in record time and maintain a robust design system that makes our developers lives easier.

The Job

Youll join our Product team to set the new industry standard for aviation this role you will:

• Turn Data into Action: Dive into PostHog and Google Analytics to identify drop-offs. Your goal Fix the top 3 friction points and achieve an 85% satisfaction rate on iterated features.

• Rapid Prototyping via AI: Use tools like Figma Claude and Framer to move from a concept to a dev-ready prototype in under a week.

• Architect our Design System: Lead the migration of PrimeVue components into a comprehensive Figma library with tokens ensuring 70% coverage and zero dev-design mismatches.

• Close the Handoff Gap: Collaborate so closely with our frontend team that you cut design-to-code handoff time by 40%.

• User Advocacy: Go beyond the screen. Conduct interviews and potentially visit engine shops to see how our users interact with the platform in the real world.

What You Bring to the Team

• The Experience: 6 years in SaaS Product Design specifically handling complex dashboards data-heavy forms and intricate wizards.

• The Toolkit: Expert-level Figma (Auto-layout Components Tokens) and a deep understanding of the PrimeVue ecosystem.

• The Analytical Mind: You dont guess; you check the data. You are comfortable using PostHog to justify your design choices.

• The Future-Forward Mindset: You are already using AI tools to augment your workflow and have a KISS (Keep It Simple Stupid) approach to complex problems.
