Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Product Lead to drive the development operation and transformation of security-critical platform services including Privileged Access Management (PAM) Secrets Management and Certificate Management. This role combines technical leadership people management and product ownership to enhance platform maturity reliability automation and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and operation of Trusted Platform Services.
• Manage and coach a technical team responsible for PAM secrets and certificate platforms.
• Drive the transition from traditional tooling to platform engineering.
• Implement automation self-service capabilities and service standardization.
• Ensure platform stability security availability and operational excellence.
• Define and maintain clear service ownership responsibilities and governance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable secure and business-aligned platform services.

Required Experience

• Experience in a Product Lead Technical Lead Platform Lead or similar role.
• Proven leadership experience with direct people management responsibilities.
• Strong background in security infrastructure or platform engineering environments.
• Hands-on knowledge of Privileged Access Management (PAM) Secrets Management and/or Certificate Management solutions.
• Experience with platform engineering principles automation self-service and standardization.
• Strong understanding of enterprise-scale security and platform operations.
