What will you be doing in the Operations Improvement Manager role

• Analyse end-to-end warehouse and logistics processes to identify inefficiencies
• Optimise inventory management within automated and robotic picking systems
• Improve picking packing and operational workflows to increase efficiency and accuracy
• Use data to investigate issues identify root causes and implement solutions
• Build and maintain Excel-based models reports and performance trackers
• Develop KPIs and monitor operational performance
• Work closely with warehouse teams to implement and embed improvements
• Manage and improve relationships with logistics providers and external partners

What were looking for:

• Strong analytical mindset with a natural curiosity for how systems and processes work
• Confident problem solver who can identify issues and implement practical solutions
• Advanced Excel skills and comfortable working with data
• Degree or background in Engineering Data Computer Science or similar (desirable)
• Experience in operations logistics manufacturing or process-driven environments (beneficial not essential)
• Proactive driven and motivated to make a tangible impact
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
