Maintenance Manager
Ellesmere Port area
Salary: 55k
Monday to Friday 8am 4.30pm
Overview
A fantastic National leading manufacturing company are looking for a strong Maintenance Manager to lead the engineering function driving plant reliability PPM delivery and OEE improvement while ensuring safe and compliant operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage mechanical and electrical engineering activity across site
- Deliver and optimise PPM strategy to maximise uptime
- Lead develop and prioritise a multi-skilled engineering team
- Drive OEE reliability and continuous improvement initiatives
- Coordinate breakdown response to minimise downtime
- Manage contractors spares budgets and compliance
About You
- Time-served engineer with strong mechanical and electrical skills
- Experience leading engineering teams in manufacturing
- Proven track record in PPM fault finding and root cause analysis
- Strong planning leadership and commercial awareness
