2026 Pathways Summer Credit Recovery Teachers

Position: Four (4) Secondary Alternative Education (7-12) Certified Teachers

Funding Source: Grants Fund

Qualifications: Must have valid Nevada Teaching License
Must be competent and confident working within the Learning Management System (LMS) software program Edgenuity (distance education software)
Must have reliable internet/bandwidth to provide virtual real-time student assistance/tutoring and to manage student emails
Ability to collect data and track progress

Salary Range: $41.70 per hour

Job Description: Credit recovery courses via Distance Education platform and procedures open to all NCSD secondary students (7-12).

General Information: 72 total hours per teacher (64 hours June 1-25 2026; 4 hours May 29th (prep); 4 hours June 26th (prep)
June:00 AM-11:00 AM Monday-Thursday (provide virtual real-time student assistance/tutoring as needed up to two hours per day)
June:00 AM-12:00 PM Monday-Thursday plus June 26th for prep (entering students into Edgenuity posting grades etc.)
