As a Summer Intern within the Global Financial Crimes Compliance (GFCC) team and specifically Coverage Strategy you will support JPMorgan Chases AntiMoney Laundering (AML) and CounterTerrorist Financing (CTF) monitoring program. Coverage Strategy is responsible for the strategic design development and ongoing enhancement of suspicious activity monitoring ensuring the program is robust scalable and responsive to an evolving risk landscape.
In this role you will work alongside experienced professionals to support cash strategy and monitoring initiatives that strengthen and modernize the firms surveillance capabilities. You will gain exposure to scenario development governance processes and performance measurement while developing an understanding of how largescale monitoring programs are executed within a global financial institution.
Job responsibilities
- Assist with the development and launch of new suspicious activity monitoring scenarios
- Support the creation maintenance and enhancement of scenario documentation standards
- Help define compile and track metrics related to scenario performance and overall program health
- Coordinate with Coverage Strategy partners globally to gather insights and organize workstreams
- Contribute to cash strategy initiatives that support wellgoverned scalable and measurable monitoring solutions
- Engage with Coverage Strategy management and GFCC team members to support program objectives
Required qualifications capabilities and skills
- Currently pursuing a undergraduate degree program with a major in Criminal Justice Public Policy Legal Studies Pre-Law Risk Management or similar focus.
- Ability to apply sound judgment and think analytically in a structured riskbased environment
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
- Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally
- Ability to analyze information and support metrics reporting and documentation efforts
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a professional global team
Preferred Qualifications Capabilities and Skills
- Interest in learning about AntiMoney Laundering transaction monitoring or financial crimes risk
- Interest in data analytics program governance or risk management
- Undergraduate Juniors and Seniors

**Your exact office location maybe within proximity to one of our main hubs. This will be communicated to you prior to your start date.
Cohort Start Date: June 15 2026
- You must be able to report to your designated office location on your start date.
