At Zoku we call our hospitality all-rounders Sidekicks. Think of it as a hands-on guest-focused role that blends barista service tasks and check ins into one dynamic position. Youre the go-to person for our guests and help make their stay smooth fun and memorable.

WHAT WILL YOU DO
No day looks the same as a Sidekick but heres a glimpse of what you can expect:

Bartender Master of theBar:Channel your inner mixologist as you switch between being a barista and a beer master crafting delicious drinks and sparking lively conversations.

Waiter Bring People Together with Food: Become the ultimate food matchmaker by serving up mouth-watering meals and refreshing drinks in our Living Kitchen restaurant and rooftop terrace whether its breakfast lunch or dinner.

Check In & Friendly First Impressions:Be the friendly face that guests meet first making check-ins and check-outs a breeze and answering their burning questions with a smile.

WHEN YOULL BE ON

Youll start in one department and with time you will be working independently across different departments with both morning and afternoon/evening or mid shifts. Your responsibilities and hours may/will vary and your flexibility will shine!

Example of shift times for full-time:

• Morning Shift (AM Shift): 07:00 to 15:30

• Afternoon/Evening Shift (PM Shift): 15:00 to 23:30

• Mid Shift: 9:00 17:30

A FEWMUST HAVES

• You have worked in hospitality or a similar customer-facing industry before.

• You are fluent in English any other languages are a big plus!

• You are an EU resident or have a valid working and living permit for The Netherlands.

• You are fully flexible as there areno fixed working days/hours.

• We are looking for part-time sidekicks (8h - 24h per week).

• Available to start in May.
