To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth were looking for a Senior Indirect Procurement Buyer to join our team in Tczew.

This role reports directly to the Indirect Purchasing Manager and plays a key role in driving procurement excellence building strategic supplier partnerships and supporting business growth.

What a typical day looks like:

• Managing RFQs and tender processes for non-production materials and services
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders
• Negotiating with suppliers to secure best commercial conditions
• Ensuring cost optimization while maintaining service quality and continuity of supply
• Collaborating cross-functionally to deliver procurement support to the business
• Driving process improvements and cost-saving initiatives

The experience were looking to add to our team:

• Min. 5 years of experience in indirect / non-production procurement
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage complex sourcing topics
• Fluent English and Polish (written & spoken)
• Analytical mindset with strong ownership and ability to prioritize
• Proactive and communicative team player working effectively cross-functionally
