This role involves assembling metal lockers and related components in a production environment. The ideal candidate is comfortable performing repetitive tasks follows directions carefully demonstrates strong problem-solving ability and is committed to long-term Responsibilities:Assemble lockers and components according to written and verbal instructionsOperate hand and power tools including a rivet gunInspect parts for quality and ensure proper alignment and fitIdentify and resolve minor assembly issues to keep production moving efficientlyMaintain a clean safe and organized work areaMeet daily production goals while adhering to safety standardsQualifications:Experience using hand tools and power tools preferredAbility to follow detailed instructions and diagramsStrong attention to detail and troubleshooting skillsComfortable with repetitive tasks in a fast-paced settingReliable transportation and consistent attendance requiredPunctual dependable and strong work ethicPositive attitude that promotes a friendly and collaborative work environmentDemonstrated commitment to long-term growth and stability with an employerPhysical Requirements:Ability to stand for extended periodsLift up to 50 lbs as neededWere looking for team members who show up ready to work think critically when challenges arise support their coworkers and take pride in building quality products.
