We are currently looking for a Senior Designer / Architect (Interior Focus) for an exciting opportunity based in Shanghai (Jingan Yanping Road)

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Architectural Designer with a strong architectural background and solid expertise in interior design.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker able to translate client needs into innovative functional and visually outstanding design solutions. This role will lead the design development of high-profile commercial projects with a primary focus on showrooms and corporate offices while experience in retail environments will be considered a strong advantage.

About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Architectural Designer with a strong architectural background and solid expertise in interior design.

This role will lead the design development of high-profile commercial projects with a primary focus on showrooms and corporate offices while experience in retail environments will be considered a strong advantage.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the interior design process for commercial projects from concept to completion
- Develop comprehensive space plans layout plans and test-fit drawings that optimize workflow functionality and client branding
- Create detailed 3D models renderings and visualizations to effectively communicate design intent to clients and stakeholders
- Oversee technical documentation including construction drawings and details
- Collaborate closely with project managers clients and contractors to ensure design integrity throughout the project lifecycle
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to the overall design standards of the practice
- Professional degree in Architecture (Bachelors or Masters)
- Minimum 10 years of post-graduate professional experience with most of this experience focused on interior architecture for commercial spaces
- Strong portfolio demonstrating major experience in showrooms and office design
- Experience in retail design is a significant plus
- Proven track record of delivering at least 10 commercial projects from concept through construction and final handover
- Expert-level knowledge of SketchUp or 3ds Max for modeling and rendering
- Expert-level knowledge of Revit or AutoCAD for technical documentation and BIM processes
- Proven ability to produce photorealistic renderings and immersive 3D presentations
- Fluent English communication skills both written and spoken
- Native Russian/ Ukrainian or native Mandarin would be a valuable advantage
- Exceptional spatial planning skills
