Clinical Lead Nurse
Location: Ilford East London
Salary: 58000 to 65000 per annum
We are recruiting for a Clinical Lead Nurse to join a well-established nursing home in Ilford.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced nurse leader to take on a key clinical role within a large purpose-built service that provides nursing dementia respite and younger adult care. The home offers a well-supported care environment with strong operational infrastructure making this a good opportunity for someone who wants to combine hands-on clinical oversight with leadership responsibility.
Requirements:
- Valid nursing qualification with active NMC registration
- Significant experience in a clinical setting
- Leadership or supervisory experience within a nursing team
- Strong understanding of anatomy physiology and care planning
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- A proactive organised and resident-focused approach
- Previous care home experience preferred
- Must have the right to work full time in the UK as sponsorship is not available

Key responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality clinical care and maintain strong nursing standards
- Lead and support the nursing team promoting a positive and accountable culture
- Assess resident needs and develop comprehensive care plans with the wider multidisciplinary team
- Monitor clinical outcomes and adapt care plans where needed
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with regulatory requirements
- Support compliance with safeguarding health and safety and clinical governance standards
- Contribute to staff training coaching and ongoing development
- Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure effective joined-up care delivery
