Required Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Procurement Contract Management or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sourcing and contract management
Experience in:
- Supply chain management
- RFP and go-to-market strategies
- Formal and informal solicitations
- Contract drafting negotiation and administration
- Strong understanding of procure-to-pay processes procurement policies procedures and associated risks
- Familiarity with ERP purchasing systems and procurement-related tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) or similar tools

Position Summary
This role is responsible for executing sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives and supporting category management initiatives. The individual will manage sourcing activities primarily using RFP strategies and oversee the full contract lifecycle. The role collaborates with cross-functional teams such as Project Management Legal Risk and other stakeholders to drive cost savings efficiency and value.
Key Responsibilities
Sourcing
- Manage and process sourcing requisitions of moderate to high complexity
- Execute sourcing strategies using RFP and other go-to-market approaches
- Identify opportunities to consolidate spend and optimize costs
- Partner with stakeholders to define and validate scope of work
- Lead cross-functional meetings and sourcing activities
- Prepare award recommendations and maintain accurate procurement documentation
- Track and manage demand to improve procurement efficiency
- Ensure alignment with diversity and inclusion procurement goals
- Develop and distribute RFP documentation in compliance with policies
Contract Management & Administration
- Negotiate contracts in collaboration with legal and internal stakeholders
- Manage the full contract lifecycle: execution change management renewal and closeout
- Monitor supplier performance and contract compliance
- Resolve procurement issues such as PO discrepancies pricing issues and invoicing exceptions
- Ensure goods and services are delivered as per agreed terms

Stakeholder & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and project teams
- Collaborate with departments such as Legal Finance Inventory and Accounts Payable
- Manage supplier relationships to ensure optimal service delivery and contract value
- Leverage internal support teams for analytics reporting and system support
- Provide regular updates to leadership and seek guidance when required
