Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Support
- Support customers with rental solutions for combustion equipment
- Conduct site visits to understand operational needs and emergency requirements
- Recommend suitable rental equipment based on process conditions
- Act as primary interface between customer and internal teams
Application & Technical Support
- Analyze customer process data and develop suitable rental solutions
- Support selection and sizing of rental equipment such as flares VCUs and boiler
- Work with engineering team to define technical scope
Estimation & Proposal Support
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals
- Coordinate with supply chain and operations teams for costing
- Support technical clarifications during proposal stage
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Chemical or Process Engineering
- 5 years of experience in oil & gas petrochemical or refining industries
- Experience in combustion equipment or mechanical equipment rental/sales
- Strong customer-facing and communication skills
- Willingness to travel within KSA or outside
