Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact handling incoming phone calls and emails
- Welcome and assist visitors ensuring a positive first impression
- Coordinate and maintain meeting room schedules and arrangements
- Monitor and manage office supplies placing orders when necessary
- Maintain accurate and well-organized filing systems (both digital and physical)
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the team
- Assist in the coordination of marketing and communication activities
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Βusiness Αdministration Communications or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in office administration or business support roles
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Excellentcommand of English language
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-oriented approach
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and prioritize tasks efficiently
