Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact handling incoming phone calls and emails
Welcome and assist visitors ensuring a positive first impression
Coordinate and maintain meeting room schedules and arrangements
Monitor and manage office supplies placing orders when necessary
Maintain accurate and well-organized filing systems (both digital and physical)
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the team
Assist in the coordination of marketing and communication activities
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Βusiness Αdministration Communications or a related field
1-2 years of experience in office administration or business support roles
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Excellentcommand of English language
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Effective interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-oriented approach
Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and prioritize tasks efficiently
