Lets start with the role

At Kaizen Gaming our success depends on our people productivity and procedures. A Business Assistant is the supportive force behind each of these areas and were currently seeking a self-motivated person with a thorough understanding of business operations to help facilitate and optimize our business processes.

• Work closely with senior management to identify areas for improvement and facilitate execution;
• Accurately record minutes during meetings and proactively follow up on action points;
• Manage agendas travel arrangements appointments and other administrative tasks for upper management;
• Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned;
• Support internal initiatives and company events;
• Provide limited personal assistance (PA) support including expense management and related administrative coordination.

What youll bring

• BSc/BA in Office Administration or a related field;
• Proven experience in an administrative role;
• A solution-oriented mindset with a proactive and customer-centric attitude;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously;
• Fluency in English both written and verbal;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and G-Suite with the ability to quickly learn new software and systems.
