Account Specialist

About the role:

Were looking for an Account Specialist-Level 1 on behalf of our client. This is a 8-months contract assignment.(W-2) You will provide full account management support for business commercial industrial national and government customers. Handle customer requests complaints and claims while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Collaborate with internal teams and vendor partners to resolve issues process billing manage accounts and support financial and operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with account inquiries billing and enrollment.
• Process claims contractor invoices and fulfillment requests.
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate account records and follow established policies.
• Participate in training and development programs for customer service

Qualifications:

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years experience in customer service sales claims customer accounting or revenue recovery.
• Shifts may include evenings and weekends.
• Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer skills.
• Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.
