Responsibilities
Conduct research into integration use cases data pipelines and connector ecosystems to propose strategic data-driven opportunities.
Work closely with users engineering and partner teams to understand pain points around data ingestion transformation and orchestration.
Help define and prioritize product requirements for data connectors sync modes and data platform capabilities like retries batching or schema evolution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive roadmap discussions for supporting popular apps databases cloud warehouses and data movement patterns.
Translate complex data movement concepts into clear PRDs and user flows and support implementation through launch.
Analyze usage data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement across integration reliability scale and usability.
Contribute to enablement content that helps internal teams and customers understand and adopt new integration features.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science Information Systems Data Engineering or a related technical field or relevant B2B SaaS internship experience.
Interest in data systems APIs integration tooling or cloud data platforms (e.g. Snowflake S3 SQL Server).
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Comfort with ambiguity and a passion for solving complex system-level problems involving data flows and app ecosystems.
A proactive ownership-driven attitude and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Exposure to SQL ETL/ELT patterns or data modeling is a plus (but not mandatory).
