What Youll Be Doing
Global Money Operations (GMO) provides back office support for Payment Product Services FX/MM settlement and Investigation capabilities for corporate government and institutional clients around the world. As a Senior Business Consultant with the Enterprise Payments Alternate Solutions Group you will be responsible for leading and supporting activities related to business activity & payment monitoring to ensure a stable and resilient CIBC payments ecosystem. Youll provide business oversight to drive the delivery operationalization utilization and growth of the Payment Tracking application and supporting program. Common activities will include the implementation of initiatives scope & requirements management day-to-day issue resolution internal & external stakeholder management and development of an effective operational framework.

How Youll Succeed
Demonstrate payments expertise Leverage your deep understanding of everyday and high-value payments with a particular focus on Commercial Banking operations and supporting processes.
Build and manage relationships Collaborate with a diverse range of business and technology teams including vendor partners using your ability to influence negotiate and foster strong partnerships.
Communicate complex ideas Synthesize complex problems or concepts and communicate them effectively to varied including non-technical audiences.
Drive delivery excellence Lead complex payments initiatives and navigate unforeseen challenges to ensure successful outcomes.
Analyze and problem solve Interpret complex information related to data business processes and technology collaborating with your team to develop effective solutions.
