Job Summary
Job Title: Swing Shift security officer
Location: Grand & Little America
Shift: FT (Mondays and Tuesdays off)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site security presence and coverage at multiple locations
- Respond to incidents emergencies or alarms and follow proper protocols
- Conduct regular patrols and inspections to ensure site safety
- Monitor surveillance systems and access control points
- Enforce site rules regulations and safety procedures
- Write clear and detailed incident and daily activity reports
- Communicate effectively with clients staff and law enforcement if necessary
- Be prepared to work on short notice and cover shifts as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous security law enforcement or military experience preferred
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Excellent observational communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to remain calm and act quickly in stressful situations
- Flexibility in scheduling including evenings weekends and holidays
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and patrol the property
- Ability to lift up to 2550 pounds and assist in emergency situations
- Ability to respond quickly including running or navigating stairs
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
