Job Summary
Job Purpose
This position is the single point of contact for identified system(s) and assumes overall responsibility and ownership of all assigned Systems for Sales - managing the execution of various projects on an ongoing basis. Additionally this position is responsible towards exercising budgetary control over no. of projects/hours spent under each System.
This position is also responsible for Commercial Management Vendor Management Market Evaluation of new solutions Solution and design management Project management Management of Service Level Agreements and Service Level Objectives.

| KRA3 | Contract Management | the responsibilities outlined in Agreement & Statement of Work amendments to SOW Service Level Exhibits Annexure Estimation Models etc. and interpret terminologies used in Contract in cases of ambiguity up and Monitor various SLA/SLO at Program Application Development and Application Maintenance level review of SLS/SLO and make suitable amendments |
