Job Summary

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Fund Controller. The Fund Controller is responsible for overseeing fund administration preparing and analyzing financial statements managing financial operations and ensuring compliance with regulatory and accounting standards. Additionally the role involves engaging with various stakeholders to maintain consistent and transparent financial reporting. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with internal teams to support the financial health and growth of the firms funds.

Qualifications

Expertise in Fund Administration and management of investment fund operations
Proficiency in Financial Statements preparation and analysis
Strong understanding of Finance and Accounting principles
Certified Public Accounting (CPA) designation is highly preferred
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
Experience in the technology or investment sector is a plus
Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field is required
